It's pretty nice, but small, on average it should be done on 1024x768, of course, you would just post a link and not the actual image if done so.

It's pretty nice anyways, I'm not a fan of sasuke myself, go Naruto.

It looks nice, but it would've been better if you placed Sasuke on the top layer so the effects wouldn't touch him. You could try playing with more effects, too, to give it more energy. It just looks like a product of toying with filters. However, keep up the good work, it still looks pretty good.
