If you are having a difficulty launching/updating/executing Trickster Online client, please send in your reports to tech@tricksteronline.com. Please note that you will get a quicker reponse from us if you could answer the following questions in your email.

1) What happened? Where it happened? Any error messeges? Does it always come up at the same place, at the same time?

2) What kind of computer system are you running? (Graphic card, cpu, Internet Explorer version or your browser information, OS etc. more information you tell us about your computer, the better)



If you are having difficulties on installating Trickster Online, please read below

1) Please go to our download page and download both "Full Version" file and "Launcher" file. Begin your installation by executing "Full Version". When it's complete, install "Launcher" file.
2) Trickster Online must be executed by clicking on 'Game Start' button from the top left of Trickster Website. You must be logged in before clicking on this button.
3) You cannot log into the game by executing splash.exe from your Trickster folder.
4) Please do not remove or change the directory of your Trickster Online folder after the installation.
5) You cannot execute the game by copying the Trickster folder from somewhere else before the installation is complete.
