where can i get tar to master mana ring? i search alot of forums but couldnt find any information.i just need to know which monster drops thm . ty in advance

rotten mummy in the pyramid dungeon and theyre lvl 37 and are active and they are located in pyramid dungeon 3(that's the only location i know that they are in)
