If you are having a hard time connecting to the servers or can't connect at all, please locate all of the files in 'erl' format within GameGuard folder from where your Trickster Online is installed. Attach all of the 'erl' files to an email and send them to tech@tricksteronline.com. Trickster Online should be installed in 'C:\Program Files\Ntreev\TricksterEng' folder by the default settings. Once you send in these files, we will analyse it and reply you with the results.
