For those that are having a trouble during update patch downloads, please locate a file called 'update.log' from 'C:\Program Files\Ntreev\TricksterEng' or from a folder where your Trickster Online is installed. Please attach this file to an email and send it to tech@tricksteronline.com to find out what is causing the problem. Thank you for your cooperation.
